Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders require 1–3 business days for processing and packing. Processing excludes weekends and public holidays. We do not ship on non-working days.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch:

Domestic shipments: 7–15 business days

International shipments: 12–30 business days

Delays may happen due to customs inspection, logistics congestion or remote delivery locations. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Shipping Charges

Shipping cost will be calculated and shown on checkout page based on package weight and destination.

We may run free shipping promotions; promotion rules will be clearly displayed on our site.

Customs & Import Taxes

For cross-border shipments, all import duties, customs fees and local taxes are the buyer’s sole responsibility. Our store will not cover these expenses.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel:

Check your mailbox, neighbors and local post office first.
Contact us within 14 days after marked delivery for assistance.

We will launch an investigation together with the shipping carrier.
